Landing Your Dream Job at the Krannert Career Fair
Tuesday, January 18, 2022
For years, Krannert students have been landing their dream jobs with the help of career fairs hosted by SMEF. During your time at Krannert, you’ve put an extraordinary amount of effort into preparing for case competitions, group projects, and exams. Your job search should be just as important. But you don’t have to do it alone — we’re here to help you every step of the way.
Creating an Account
This year the Krannert Career Fair is hybrid over two days,
Wednesday, February 2, and Thursday, February 3. The first day of the fair is
virtual and will be on the Career
Fair Plus platform. The
second day will take place in-person in the CoRec Black and Gold gyms. All
student participants should create
a Career Fair Plus account prior to the fair on February 2-3.
It will be critical for students to create an account and sign into Career Fair Plus in advance to schedule times to meet with employers for both days of the career fair. If a company has not yet entered their recruiter schedules for the career fair, students will see “no schedules”. Please check back regularly as companies continue to add schedules. Everything candidates need to know for a smooth career fair experience can be found on the Career Fair Plus website.
Preparing for
the Career Fair
The time you spend talking to recruiters during the fair is important, but the
best candidates know the hard work happens in the weeks leading up to it. You know what job you want, and we can help you get it.
Krannert Professional Development Center is hosting a series of webinars designed
to help you through all of the important preparation steps in advance of the career fair.
